EmeSec Awarded $10 Million TSA Cybersecurity Contract

– Company to deliver Independent Validation and Verification (IV&V) and Operational Testing Services for the Office of the Chief Information Officer –

RESTON, VA. — APRIL 27, 2012 — EmeSec Incorporated, a provider of forward-looking information assurance and cybersecurity solutions to federal agencies, today announced that it has been awarded a $10 million multi-year Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to provide a full range of Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) and Operational Testing (OT) services for the Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) and Transportation Security Administration (TSA) program offices.

Under the terms of the contact, EmeSec Incorporated will serve as the sole sub-contractor to Data Networks Corporation (DNC). EmeSec will support the TSA in the development, testing, and fielding of IT systems and will ensure compliance with quality standards and functional requirements.
