Information Assurance & Cyber Security

Within cyber security, EmeSec’s expertise spans two key areas: Policy/Planning and Technical Cyber Security. For one customer, we are providing 24 X 7 analysis and technical vulnerability assessments/fixes in a real time fashion. For another, our staff is supporting and delivering the security services for the network infrastructure. One last example includes developing FDCC policy and providing oversight and compliance for FISMA and privacy regulations.

Engineering & Technical Services

In late 2008, EmeSec expanded our expertise to include engineering and technical requirements services. Within engineering, EmeSec is delivering web development for a cloud computing solution that provides real estate and auction information and transactions. Our engineers use agile and scrum methodologies for rapid and efficient development and delivery. For another customer, EmeSec has delivered technical assessments and requirements delivery for a financial and human resources implementation. At another location, EmeSec is managing an IA lab for engineering and technical testing services.

Professional IT Support

As an IA company, EmeSec has the ability to offer greater value for some general IT services. Our staff understands and practices information security while delivering General IT Services such as logistics planning, infrastructure assessment, operations, and management. Within this specialty, EmeSec has accomplished assessments and deliverables within Privacy, HIPAA and HITECH for healthcare IT organizations. We have also worked with electronic medical record systems and document management systems. Our customers appreciate having general IT Services delivered with an emphasis on protecting data, information and infrastructure.
