The EmeSec DHS PACTS FC4 Team delivers technical and engineering services customized to the mission or the needs of an individual Task Order.  Our response is not a single action or a “cookie cutter” solution.  It encompasses life cycle project management, quality assurance and control risk mitigation, configuration management, and program oversight.  Services offered under DHS PACTS FC4 include requirements analysis, technical studies and analysis, documentation, reports, and plans, logistics engineering assessments, and test and evaluation support.
